How are you healing today?
Inner child sessions can be soothing to the part of your soul that longs to be nurtured. We often forget to tend to our inner child, however, the benefits of inner child work not only help heal the pieces of you that are still caught in the past but can also lead to more play in your life.
An inner child coaching session with me allows present-day you to re-meet you in the past. It’s a beautiful moment where you get to be the hero that your younger self needed. As you dig in deeper, you might find that you understand how your past trauma is affecting your present behaviors or how it shapes your beliefs. You might reconnect with old passions, dreams, and talents that you may have put aside. Regardless of what else you may experience, you will absolutely find compassion for yourself and for others during this work.
